The ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ is led by Dr. Peter K. Kilpatrick, the 16th President. The ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ is a nonprofit corporation whose members are the Fellows of the ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ. Responsibility for governance resides in the first instance in the Board of Trustees.
The provost and chief academic officer of the ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ is Dr. Aaron Dominguez. The 12 schools of the ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ are led by their respective deans. The ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ is also governed by the Academic Senate.
The senior administrators lead our administrative departments. The Administrative Council serves as a sounding board for the president on non-academic policy and procedures; the Executive Committee of the Administrative Council provides regular advice directly to senior leadership.

The ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ’s administrative offices support the ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ through advancement, student affairs, enrollment management and marketing, finance, general counsel, compliance, public safety, and campus ministry.
The Staff Leadership Council advises the President and the senior leadership of the ÃÛÌÒ½»ÓÑ on matters that are recommended by the Council or requested by the President or administration.
